We’re accustomed to these leaking after a few months, so it's not a huge issue. We bought two glittered ones as backups in December 2023. Our son's older ball started leaking yesterday after six months, so we gave him a glittered one last night around 6 PM. By 9:30 AM today, it was already leaking. We’ve now given him the last one we have, and we’ll see how long it lasts. It seems the solid colors perform better than the glittered ones.***UPDATE: I received an email from the company thanking me for my feedback and expressing their concerns. They offered both a refund and replacements. This is the first time a company has reached out to me unsolicited with such an offer. I appreciate their commitment to their product and their exceptional customer service. Additionally, I received a handwritten letter from them. These personal touches are what make a company successful and foster customer loyalty.
