I received this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. While she loved it, it unfortunately busted within a week. I contacted the company to inform them of the issue, and they not only refunded my purchase but also sent her a new one. They even expedited the delivery so she would receive it the next day. This company truly goes above and beyond!

The customer service was excellent with an extremely quick response time. I opted for the replacement, and my son is eagerly anticipating it. The initial squishy I received turned out to be a dud and popped. After the seller noticed my review, they reached out, rectified the situation, and sent me a brand new squishy ball. I wasn't expecting such excellent service and genuinely appreciate it. So far, so good with the new squishy.
