Update: They contacted me immediately and were accommodating. The new product was able to be assembled with little effort. Kids and I are happy. Great toy company. thank you.My kids, ages 8 and 4, were so happy to get it. However, it is too hard for kids to play it. I tried that too. My fingers are sore and burnt from the friction of attaching them. I might need gloves.
