Broke in 2 hours

I never write reviews but about 2 hours after opening this it stopped working! I’ve now spent 3 hours trying to take it apart to fix it and can’t get it to work! My daughter is devastatedETA- the company sent me a new one after emailing them... I hope this one lasts longer. Great customer service!
